| Bio: | this is a role-play journal for ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif){kind=small} nihon_made.[ note: this info cannot be seen by muses =D ] name: Souma Kyou =^.^= series: Fruits Basket zodiac: Cat warning: turns into an orange cat when hugged by a female =3 school: Kaibara High School Background: Kyou is feared a lot by his family for he posesses the vengeful cat's spirit. when he was orphaned, souma kazuma (who's grandfather was the previous cat) took kyou in and cared for him. kyou learned martial arts from kazuma and refers to him as shishou. when kyou got older, he started getting into trouble. kyou hated that others thought there was something wrong with kazuma for raising kyou, so kyou declared that kazuma wasn't his father (although kyou wished he were), which caused the two to distance for some time. kyou eventually moved into shigure's house (he still visits the dojo to help out with tasks) where he met tohru. eventually he let tohru see his inner self and he began to trust tohru. when kazuma returned near the end of the series, he removed kyou's juzu beads and kyou turned into the true form of the cat. tohru searched for kyou and found him, and told him that she accepted him, which eventually turned him back into his normal kyou self. currently he goes to kaibara high school and is fighting to understand his true feelings of how he feels about tohru (especially after her encounter with akito where tohru fell through the floor and was nearly killed). also, kagura began playing with kyou when they were kids because she found kyou was less fortunate than she was. one day she took kyou's juzu beads, met the vengeful cat spirit, and fled. she felt very bad about doing that to kyou. since the two could hug without transforming, kagura believed that they were meant for each other. kagura audaciously proclaimed her love for kyou (which is later revealed to be more pity than love). presently kagura claims that kyou promised to marry her and kyou claims she forced him to say it. she currently trains at kazuma's dojo where kyou also trains. | ||||
